To a crowd of about 200 students (it's student day at Music West) and others, Biff tells of the trials and tribulations of 'making it' as a female recording artist in a male dominated industry. The manager's role is to expunge dollars from venue operators using the threat of violence or violence itself. Manager Peter Karol explains what happened to one particular Winnepeg venue owner after ripping of Biff to the tune of one grand. These are the un-glamarous realities of the Long and Whining road, although Biff maintains that not everybody in this business is a 'cock sucker'.

What is success, and how do you know when you've achieved it? For Biff, it will be the day she can afford to have a dog of her very own. Stardom is when you can have pooch sit next to you on the plane......
